Refund policy
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please note the following:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Once this window has passed, your order will have entered processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.
- If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. You may choose to reject the delivery at the doorstep in such cases.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept return and exchange requests under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Certain categories of products are exempted from returns or refunds. Such exemptions will be identified to you at the time of purchase.

If the return is approved following our quality check, your request will be processed in accordance with our policies.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email weareberu@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.
- Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Wrong Item Received
If the product you received does not match what you ordered:
- Report this to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email weareberu@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph of the item received.
- We will investigate and arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a refund, as applicable.
Refunds
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved:
- The refund will be processed within 15 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Berü is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Warranty Claims
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
